Service Description
LOLO’s Baby Bounce was created with little ones in mind. Our bounce house rentals are designed especially for toddlers and children ages 8 and under, giving them a fun and safe place to jump, play, and enjoy the celebration. I wanted to offer something that felt a little more thoughtful than a typical bounce rental — something that could be part of the party setup itself. Our bounce houses can be used for both indoor and outdoor events and are perfect for birthdays, backyard parties, playdates, and family celebrations. Many of our setups also include simple styling like balloon garlands on the bounce house, number balloon stacks, and safety signs so the play area still feels like part of the celebration. In addition to bounce house rentals, we also offer fun party rentals that help take the experience even further. Our foam machine is always a big hit with kids and works great for outdoor parties. We also offer laser tag for kids who love to run around and play, along with fun party accents like silver mirror balls that can add a little extra excitement to the space. My goal with LOLO’s Baby Bounce is to make it easy for parents to create a fun, memorable celebration for their kids without feeling overwhelmed with party planning. Everything is designed to keep kids entertained while still being simple and stress-free for families. Cleanliness and safety are very important to us. Every bounce house is cleaned and sanitized between rentals so it’s ready for the next celebration. LOLO’s Baby Bounce proudly serves families in Douglasville, Hiram, Dallas, Villa Rica, Carrollton, and the surrounding Atlanta area.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation & Payment A non-refundable $50 retainer secures your event date and is applied to the total balance. Remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to delivery. Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation. Delivery & Setup Client must provide a clean, level, and accessible setup area free of debris, pet waste, holes, or hazards. Access must be within reasonable distance from parking and free of obstacles such as stairs or narrow pathways. If the area is unsafe or inaccessible upon arrival, LOLO’s Baby Bounce may refuse setup without refund. Access delays may reduce rental time. Supervision & Safe Use An adult (18+) must supervise equipment at all times. Equipment is designed for children ages 8 and under unless otherwise approved. Rough play, flips, climbing on walls or netting, overcrowding, food, drinks, gum, slime, confetti, face paint, glitter, sharp objects, or pets inside equipment are prohibited. Unsafe behavior may result in immediate shutdown without refund. Weather Policy Rentals may be delayed, paused, or canceled due to rain, lightning, high winds, or unsafe conditions at company discretion. Retainers remain non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date based on availability. Foam Pit Experience Foam play may create slippery surfaces. Foam solution is non-toxic; however, clients must remove electronics and valuables from foam areas. Service may stop if unsafe conditions occur. Equipment Responsibility Client assumes responsibility for equipment during the rental period. Equipment must remain plugged into power and may not be moved or tampered with. Damage & Cleaning Fees Client is responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, pets, burns, tears, stains, or excessive dirt. Cleaning or repair fees may apply. Replacement costs apply for damaged or stolen equipment. Guest Responsibility Client is responsible for all guests and participants using the equipment. Cancellations & Rescheduling Retainers are non-refundable. One reschedule allowed with 48 hours notice. Same-day cancellations forfeit payments. Liability & Assumption of Risk Use of inflatables involves inherent risk. By booking, client accepts responsibility for supervision and safe use and agrees to release LOLO’s Baby Bounce from liability for injuries, damages, or losses. Agreement Payment confirms the client has read and agrees to all policies above.
