Service Description
Balloon styling is honestly one of my favorite things to do because it’s where creativity really comes to life. I love seeing a space transform once the balloons go up and watching a client’s vision come together. Whether it’s a birthday, baby shower, graduation, corporate event, or another special celebration, my goal is always to create something that makes people walk in and immediately say “wow.” At One in a Millie Balloons, I design custom balloon garlands, backdrops, and statement balloon walls that help bring an event together. Sometimes clients come with a full vision or inspiration photos, and other times they just have a theme or color palette in mind. Either way, I enjoy taking those ideas and turning them into something beautiful that fits the space and creates the perfect focal point for the celebration. In addition to balloon garlands and backdrops, I also create styled setups that can include custom cutouts, branding elements for corporate events, photo backdrops, and entryway installations that make a great first impression when guests arrive. I believe it’s the little details that make a setup feel intentional and special. Our organic balloon garlands are designed with a clean, balanced look and include up to three balloon colors to keep the design cohesive. Additional colors or specialty elements can always be added if a client wants something more custom. Backdrop packages are typically styled around one standard backdrop panel, but additional backdrops and specialty panels are always available if a larger setup is needed. Every installation is thoughtfully designed to complement the event space and create a memorable atmosphere for guests. Whether it’s a simple garland or a full backdrop moment, I love helping bring an idea to life and creating something that feels unique to each celebration. Cancellation Policy
Reservation & Payment A non-refundable $50 retainer secures your event date and is applied to the total balance. Remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to delivery. Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation. Delivery & Setup Client must provide a clean, level, and accessible setup area free of debris, pet waste, holes, or hazards. Access must be within reasonable distance from parking and free of obstacles such as stairs or narrow pathways. If the area is unsafe or inaccessible upon arrival, LOLO’s Baby Bounce may refuse setup without refund. Access delays may reduce rental time. Supervision & Safe Use An adult (18+) must supervise equipment at all times. Equipment is designed for children ages 8 and under unless otherwise approved. Rough play, flips, climbing on walls or netting, overcrowding, food, drinks, gum, slime, confetti, face paint, glitter, sharp objects, or pets inside equipment are prohibited. Unsafe behavior may result in immediate shutdown without refund. Weather Policy Rentals may be delayed, paused, or canceled due to rain, lightning, high winds, or unsafe conditions at company discretion. Retainers remain non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date based on availability. Foam Pit Experience Foam play may create slippery surfaces. Foam solution is non-toxic; however, clients must remove electronics and valuables from foam areas. Service may stop if unsafe conditions occur. Equipment Responsibility Client assumes responsibility for equipment during the rental period. Equipment must remain plugged into power and may not be moved or tampered with. Damage & Cleaning Fees Client is responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, pets, burns, tears, stains, or excessive dirt. Cleaning or repair fees may apply. Replacement costs apply for damaged or stolen equipment. Guest Responsibility Client is responsible for all guests and participants using the equipment. Cancellations & Rescheduling Retainers are non-refundable. One reschedule allowed with 48 hours notice. Same-day cancellations forfeit payments. Liability & Assumption of Risk Use of inflatables involves inherent risk. By booking, client accepts responsibility for supervision and safe use and agrees to release LOLO’s Baby Bounce from liability for injuries, damages, or losses. Agreement Payment confirms the client has read and agrees to all policies above.
